This property was ideal for the numerous people we had in our party (up to 12 at one point); the various bed setups were great for our mix of couples and singles, and the living room and the den provided floor space for sleeping as well. The property was kept clean inside and out, and provided more than enough amenities, including board games, WiFi, a pool table, DVD/VCR/calbe, etc. etc. The three drawbacks that we found were that this property is located high on the mountain, which means you have to travel by car to get where you need to go (you can go by foot if it's warm, but the windy road, which can be slipery, doesn't make it ideal); the fact that your parking area is separated from the house by a bridge (about 100 feet) that you have to walk by foot -- that means you have to carry everything, from luggage to any food items you've brought to prepare in the cottage's kitchen; and the open ceilings, which means sound carries from the kitchen/living room to the upstairs bedrooms.
